2. Usually, the stress relief annealing is decided by the customer's requirement and the shape change of the products of our company. Most of our products are directly shipped separately after stretching and straightening. Only IC chips are made, and materials using etching method need stress relief annealing. Soft or heat-treated (stress relief annealing) materials usually do not need to be stretched and bended, because after stretching and straightening, the shape of the plate is flat, but the internal stress will regroup, and the worse the shape of the incoming plate, the greater the residual stress after stretching and straightening, the stress relief annealing must be carried out again.
3. Extrusion process is different, if it is hot extrusion, the phenomenon of eliminating internal stress has occurred in the extrusion process, so distortion and bending have been finalized, and then after stretching and leveling, residual stress will be generated again, so whether heat treatment is needed, you judge by yourself, and judge according to customer needs. As the process is not well understood, further analysis is needed. It's a thick belt. It can only be leveled by roll. In my opinion, it's a thin belt. It's a roll leveling plus tension leveling.
