The series production line is used to produce coiled material with different specifications, it is mainly processed the wanted true material at given width through decoiling, slitting and reeling, and then used for various punch production lines.
The production line is of reasonable wiring placement, convenient operation, high automatic level and high production efficiency, available to process various cold rolled or hot rolled plate rolling, silicon steel plate, stainless steel, color plate, aluminium plate and other various sheet metal with plating or coating, widely used for automobile, container, household appliance, foodstuff, packaging, construction material and other sheet metal processing industries. The production line is mainly consisted of feed cart, decoiler, slitting machine, waste reeling machine, material head or material tail shearing machine, tension controller and coiler, with swaying type intermediate bridge, gathering device, deviation-rectifying device and others between machines. The production line is an automatic coiled material processing equipment by packing mechanism, electricity, hydraulic pressure and gas.
